About Lynda Lloyd

Lynda Lloyd is a single mompreneur, community leader, and educator, who has dedicated her life to community empowerment. She was born in Newark, NJ, where she developed a love for community and learned how to be an advocate. Earlier in her career she worked for nonprofit organizations, local and federal elected officials, and held a Democratic County elected seat for six years. In addition to political power, Lynda knows that economic power is needed to help grow communities that have historically been disenfranchised. Understanding that owner occupied home ownership helps neighborhoods thrive, she intentionally purchased a multifamily home in her native city. After having a not so amazing home buying experience, Lynda decided to become a realtor. Her goal was to not only advocate for residents to go from renters to owners, but to show them how to navigate the process to get their keys and create generational wealth for their families.
